NUTRITION EDUCATION/COUNSELING - Individual consultations with a Registered Dietitian to discuss your nutritional needs and to implement a plan to achieve your goals. A typical initial consultation is an hour and a half and will include obtaining your personal, medical and nutrition history, reviewing food journals, blood work, providing nutrition education and goal setting. Follow-up sessions are encouraged to increase long-term success with goals. Follow-up visits can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour and include monitoring your progress, reviewing and altering goals as needed and continued education
CORPORATE CONSULTING - Available for trade shows, creating educational materials for public or in-house needs, speaking engagements.
SUPERMARKET TOURS - Build the perfect shopping list for your health. Meet with a registered dietitian and learn the ingredients to meet your nutritional goals. It all begins at the grocery store. Sessions will include formulating an individual shopping list to meet your needs and a trip to the grocery store. You will be educated about labels, food groups, budgeting, and much more! This service is recommended after a visit with the dietitian.
PUBLIC SPEAKING - Available for a variety of events including: religious organizations, doctor’s offices, support groups & corporate settings.
Weight Loss/Management - Individual counseling sessions to help promote weight loss or group sessions.
Diabetes - Pre-Diabetes, Type 1, Type 2 or Gestational
Bariatric Surgery - Considering or preparing for the gastric bypass or adjustable banding procedures or learning how to eat after surgery
Complementary/Alternative Medicine - Curious about a more holistic approach, taking supplements or considering taking supplements
Pediatric & Adolescent Nutrition - Nutritional counseling for anyone under the age of 18. Reasons for counseling include: food allergies, diabetes, weight loss, celiac disease, etc…
Kidney Disease - Nephrotic Syndrome, Chronic and Acute Kidney Disease. Reasons for counseling include: elevated potassium or phosphorus levels, restricted protein or sodium diet, etc…
Liver Disease - Hepatitis C, Fatty Liver
Food Allergies - Milk, wheat, eggs, dairy - these can also lead to vitamin/mineral deficiencies; however it may not be a covered benefit. We encourage speaking with your physician to get a diagnosis and prescription or referral and calling your insurance carrier
Vegetarianism - may not be a covered benefit, we encourage speaking with your physician to get a diagnosis and prescription or referral and calling your insurance carrier
Pregnancy/Lactation - Excess or inadequate weight gain, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, breastfeeding
PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Heart Disease - Hypertension (high blood pressure), Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol or triglycerides)
Sports Nutrition - may not be a covered benefit, we encourage speaking with your physician to get a diagnosis and prescription or referral and calling your insurance carrier
Weight Gain - If you have experienced a significant weight loss and are now underweight, this may be a covered benefit

Stacy Warringer, RD, LDN, Owner
Stacy is a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of nutritional experience. She is currently the owner of Cassara Consulting, a nutrition counseling practice
where she specializes in nutritional education for bariatric surgery, weight management, kidney disease, elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels, high
blood pressure and diabetes management. Prior to opening Cassara Consulting in 2006, Stacy garnered her experience by working in a variety of nutritional
capacities including: local hospitals, nursing homes, local dialysis centers, non-profit agencies, out patient clinics, as well as a consultant for Fortune 500
Food and Beverage Corporations. Stacy received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rutgers University and completed a required dietetic internship
through the University of Dentistry and Medicine of New Jersey. She has also received a certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Stacy is a working mother who believes that you can balance making whole, healthy choices for your family while seemingly always on the go.
Niki Pillitteri, RD
Niki is a Registered Dietitian that works at Cassara Consulting. Niki has dedicated her career to helping individuals establish a balanced and healthy relationship with food. She provides individualized counseling for weight management, bariatric pre/post-surgery, diabetes management, vegetarian/vegan-friendly eating, elevated lipid and cholesterol levels and overall healthy eating. She has years of experience as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting in addition to providing nutrition education for company Lunch & Learns. Niki received her Bachelor of Science degree at Rutgers University and completed a required dietetic internship through the College of Saint Elizabeth with a selected focus in Nutrition Education and Counseling. She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She earned a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management. Niki believes in adopting an eating style that is enjoyable and sustainable to achieve our personal health and nutrition goals!
